Pockets In Mold Print Reading

Description:

Blind pockets, or through pockets, are host holes in the “A” and “B” plates, which retain core and cavity inserts. The pockets can be square, round or rectangular.

Location:

Cut into the “A” and “B” plates on the parting line. Pockets are usually layed out around the center of the mold.
